A Baby Changes Everything

Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah!

My whole life has turned around

I was lost, but now I'm found

A baby changes everything

A baby changes everything

Incredible! I have been so pleased to hear this song on the radio and see the video on TV. I wish this were the real video. In my opinion it IS the real video. I am shamelessly stealing this and putting it on my blog. I hope you don't mind. It's too good not to share!

I should say I did not make this video (I wouldn't have a clue how to!) But you're right, when I saw the video, it was very much about Faith Hill and her glamor, and that is SO not what this song is about! So a big thank you to whoever made this video clip on youtube!

Stay, stay at home, my heart, and rest;
Home-keeping hearts are happiest,
For those that wander they know not where
Are full of trouble and full of care;
To stay at home is best.

Weary and homesick and distressed,
They wander east, they wander west,
And are baffled and beaten and blown about
By the winds of the wilderness of doubt;
To stay at home is best.

Then stay at home, my heart, and rest;
The bird is safest in its nest;
O'er all that flutter their wings and fly
A hawk is hovering in the sky;
To stay at home is best.
~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
